RMS focuses exclusively on serving the medical device market.  RFQ’s for non-medical related products will be no-quoted.

Quotes

RMS provides firm price quotes only to print specifications.

Quotes are based on the cost of any required materials or outside services as of the day of a quote. New quotes will be provided if the cost of those materials or outside services changes more than 10% prior to order placement.

Confidentiality

RMS requires employees, suppliers and visitors to comply with procedures and agreements that protect the confidential integrity of customer information.

RMS is open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to receiving an RFQ.
